What Causes Hardness On The Left Side Of The Stomach?

I ve lost only about 20 pounds since December, maybe. I don t know if that has to do with anything but now when I lay down, I can feel the left side of my stomach beating as if it s my heart. It doesn t hurt or anything but it s kinda weird. It s been going on for about 2 months or so. And the left side of my stomach is pretty hard.. My right side is kinda hard, too, but left is harder. I m thinking it s because I do some stomach workouts everyday? But I don t know. Is any of this normal or should I be concerned?

U need to get yourself a USG abdomen and ECG done. For the time being justgo for this tests. N make change on ur diet habbits-have light foods avoid meat,egg n oil.
