What Causes Hard To Inhale And Exhale With Very Fast Heart Beat?
last night i drink a glass of milktea,then i feel cant sleep,and its hard for me inhale and exhale.. what is this kind of problem. i experienced this last yeart 3 times when my weight before 82kls. but today my wieght is 76kls. i'm 37yrs old. i've alway eat only oatmeal for my diet and every morning i walked 1hour a day. my question is,why its hard to inhale and exhale and my heart beats too fast? thanks rene.
