What Causes Hard, Dry And Crusty Skin On The Edges Of Heel?

Hi. I have very dry, hard, crusty and white stuff on the edges of the heel of my right foot. I used all sorts including a ped egg, moisturiser and foot socks with stuff inside to help soften it. Its so hard that that I cant even feel things when I touch them to my skin. Any ideas

its dead skin which sheds off but it is sometimes altered by many factors...sometimes weather...sometimes allergy to certain agents...even footwears....so do not worry...dip ur feet in warm water witb hydrogen peroxide and a lil bit of shampoo....dip ur feet in it for 20 min...then take a foot scraper of a gud brand..like vega and file your feet especially heels with it...coarse and fine sides of it...clean ur feet tgereafter with clean water and then apply a moisturizer and wear socks...do it for a week and u vl feel change
