What Causes Hard Discoloured Lump On The Spine Of A Child?

My 5-year-old daughter has had a discolored spot on her spine for about a year that appears to be bulging out more lately. It is hard and doesn t move, as if the vertebra is getting larger. It doesn t cause her pain, but the way it looks is concerning. Any ideas what it could be?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, lesion needs to be kept under observation for any changes, it could be lymph node, the only worry is abscess formation, clinical study is must for precaution it may needs some test too hope this information helps.
