What Causes Hard Black Stool In A 14 Month Old Baby?

My daughter is 14 months old, teething, getting 4 molars in...she ghastly been crying non-stop up through the night many times...I have been slowly changing from her formula to homo milk...right now it's about half and half. Her stools have been hard back/dark gree for the last 5 days...is this a problem?

Passing hard stools is really aproblem.
Alteration of diet is more important.
Give energy dense and fiber containing foods as well as green leafy vegetables and juicy and pulpy fruits.
Plenty of fluids to drink specially water.
reduce intake of milk and dairy products.
