What Causes Hard And Swollen Butt Crack?

Hi. the top of my butt crack started hurting the other day and is now hard and swollen. I just had a baby 2 weeks ago and don t know if this could be a result of that? It is painful to sit and walk. This is even more difficult since I m breast feeding and need to sit up. Any idea what it could be?
