Hello thanks for asking from Health Care Magic

You are a 60 years old healthy female with no medical complications. You have complaints of shakiness of hands during anxiety attacks. Recently the tremors have been increased and started occurring during day time also. As tremors are occurring during rest also then there is possibility of some other disorder other than anxiety disorder. Essential tremors can be ones possibility. Parkinson's disease may also present with resting tremors, but classically pill rolling tremors are seen along with other symptoms like rigidity, mask like face etc. Nutritional deficiency especially vitamin B12 deficiency, anaemia of iron deficiency etc may present with such symptoms. Consult a neuropsychiatrist for evaluation and making diagnosis.
If everything come normal then we are left with possibility of anxiety disorder. Consultation of a psychiatrist is needed for treatment. Usually SSRIs are used in treatment. Beta blockers like propranolol etc help to reduce symptoms of anxiety and help in reducing tremors.

Thanks, hope this helps you
