Hi, Hair loss and fatigue can be due to numerous disorders. It can arise in thyroid disorders, fungal infections or parasitic skin infections, malnutrition and mineral deficiencies. It would be helpful to know if you have had recent sudden weight gain, intolerance to cold, missed periods, anaemia. The sore breasts might or might not be associated with the diseases mentioned above. If it doesn't respond to a protein rich and balanced diet , try seeing your dermatologist who can figure out the cause of hair loss and see if it is associated with the other 2 symptoms. Thank You!
