What Causes Hair Loss, Fatigue, Brain Fog And Joints Pain?

I am 45 year old female. My symptoms include hair loss ( I have a large bald spot on the top of my head), strange changes to my fingernails, extreme exhaustion, painful joints, brain fog. I have been experiencing these symptoms for several years, but they are getting worse. Can you give me an idea of what I might need to do. I do not have health insurance and cannot afford expensive tests.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, your symptoms may be due to fungal infection I usually treat such condition with the medicines given bellow,
1) Minoxidil 5% lotion apply of scalp
2) Miconazole cream to be applied on alopecia patch
be stress free, if the symptoms does not improved then this need to be clinically examined, take care, have a nice day
