Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. I suggest you not to worry much. I suggest you to refer this symptoms as obsessions rather than hallucinations. Gustatory hallucinations is the perception of taste without a stimulus. These hallucinations, which are typically strange or unpleasant, are relatively common among individuals who have certain types of focal epilepsy, especially temporal lobe epilepsy. The regions of the brain responsible for gustatory hallucination in this case are the insula and the superior bank of the sylvian fissure.

Therefore, instead of worrying about the problem, try to ignore it and you will be cured.

If you require more of my help in this aspect, Please post a direct question to me in this URL. http://goo.gl/aYW2pR. Make sure that you include every minute details possible. I shall prescribe the needed psychotherapy techniques.

Hope this answers your query. Available for further clarifications.
Good luck.
