What Causes Gurgling In Abdomen And Rumbling With Diarrhea?

Hello.. A few months ago I was in the ER for a burst ovarian cyst . I had a follow up with my doctor for abdominal pain and she couldn t find the underlying cause. But for the past few weeks I ve had Hyperactive peristalsis in my abdomen, really loud gurgling sounds and rumbling with diarrhea and excessive weight loss. I don t want to go back and be told nothing is wrong so can you give me a medical opinion of what to do?

For gurgling in abdomen and diarrhea you can take tablet oflox-oz or norflox-tz after an expert opinion along with cyclopam or meftal-spaz for stomach pain if present. Take cap omez-d or pantop-d empty stomach for gastric upset and gurgling sounds. Drink plenty of oral fluids or lemon juice to maintain the hydration of your body. You can also take tab sporolac-ds or cap enuff three times daily for hyperactive peristaltic movements and gurgling abdomen.
