Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that you have deep gum infection leading to Periodontitis that is infection in the tissues surrounding the tooth and even involving the bone leading to loss of bone..
It cases loss of attachment of the tooth with the bone leading to loss of anchorage and teeth starts moving or become mobile..
The reversal of the condition depends upon the severity of bone loss and if bone loss is minor, proper scaling and currettage and a course of antibiotics and painkillers along with gum paint massage will help..
But in case if the bone loss is severe then treatment modalities like flap surgery and bone graft can be helpful to some extent..
Get a full mouth x ray known as Panoromic x ray done so that the exact condition can be evaluated..
You can also send me a scan of your x ray by asking a direct question by clicking on my profile on Healthcare Magic, so that I can guide you accordingly and appropriately..

Hope this helps.

Regards.
