What Causes Growling In Stomach Even When Not Hungry?
Hi doctor, Im 17 years old and i have a lot of stomach problems and ive already gone to the doctor and i had an ultra sound but they couldnt figure out what was wrong and now my stomach seems to always be growling when im not hungry and i would really like to know whats wrong with me
