Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,

It is very difficult to say exactly what it is, but i think that probably it may be solar keratosis. You consult dermatologist for firm diagnosis. If it is solar keratosis,I generally advise to go for electrocautery under local anaesthesia. Some doctors also advise either keratolytic agent like salicylic acid oint. Diclofenace gel is also used to treat solar keratosis. I hope you got my answer.

Thanks.
