It is normal to have some green mucus in your cervix, especially during the second trimester. It can mix with the discharge in your vagina which is normally heavier when you are pregnant, and white or creamy yellow. As long as it does not itch it have a bad smell, it is normal to have this kind of discharge in many pregancies. The issues of the HSV and HPV of your cervix does not cause vaginal discharge as a symptom.
I hope this reassures you that your symptoms are completely normal during pregnancy for many women.
Best wishes for the rest of your pregnancy, Dr. Brown
