You may have some bile from your
gallbladder that is backing up into your stomach and getting in your stool. Your gallbladder is green and so is bile, and gallbladder disease, such as gallstones and sludging, are common in
pregnancy because of the hormones. If you do not have a fever, or
severe pain on your right side radiating to your back, it is not an emergency, but if you develop these symptoms you should go to the hospital or if you cannot keep any food down. Cutting down on fatty foods will help with the nausea and
indigestion, because bile is released to help digest fat. All your symptoms should get better by 6 weeks after you deliver. You should mention your symptoms to your OB because they may want to get an
ultrasound of your gallbladder (a test to look for gallstones) even before you deliver.
I hope this answers your question, and that you feel better soon!
Sincerely, Dr. Brown
This all should go away once you have the baby if it is from the pregnacy
