What Causes Green Stool And Severe Abdominal Pain?

Hello, I have sympton's of a UTI and also green stool. Yesterday I had an attack of severe abdominal pain for about an hour.Could the 2 be related? I've not been eating an foods that could have caused the green stool either.
I've had a few kidney infections before and realise I should get some antibiotics.
