What Causes Green Stool After A Fall?

I fell off a stool yesterday and hit my back, knee and arm............today, my bowel movements have been so green that the toilet water is green..........nothing I ate was green yesterday.........should I be worried? Other than that, I am sore but am not in any real pain..........

I really appreciate your concern, history of fall and the diarrhea are not related with each other, the diarrhea could be due to nonspecific, passing of the stool three to four time in day is normal one and it is not the disease condition, green stool is due to less food taken, it is nothing to worry, hope this information helps.
