What Causes Gray Bowel Movement?

My grandson, age 5 weeks, has had gray bowel movements since yesterday. When he was one week old he was admitted to the hospital for three days for jaundice. After he drinks his bottle he is very very fussy and has a lot of gas. Now the gray stool? What could this be?

* Gray bowel movement is in relation with lack of bile most commonly from
obstruction in the biliary system causing jaundice .
* Strong recommendations

- Get basic laboratory work up with complete blood counts , serum bilirubin
SGPT , stool examination , ultrasound of abdomen and pelvis to
