What Causes Gluten Or Wheat Intolerance And How To Identify Them?

Hi. I am trying to figure out if I am allergic to gluten or wheat or anything else. I have been trying to stay off wheat products the last week or so and I haven t had any stomach or intestinal pain, until today. Very suddenly my intensives and colon area got bubbly and loud and very gassy. Then it moved into my stomach and my stomach started creating lots of bubbles, so the whole of my torso is now going crazy. I did have one gluten product last night around 10:00 pm. But it s now 16 hours later so I am not sure if that would cause it. What should I do?

Gluten and wheat allergy is diagnosed by severe diarrhea after eating wheat/ gluten products, bloatedness, weight loss, anemia and loss of energy. People with gluten allergy usually are positive for antibodies for gluten which you should get done. Avoid gluten completely till you get the confirmation after getting blood tests done.
Hope this helps
