Hi, I have been suffering occasional inflammation of the foreskin and penis tip after sexual intercourse. It takes the form of red spots, mainly on the foreskin but occasionally on the penis tip. I have recently been taking Doxycycline as an antimalarial drug and once this reoccured I switched to Malarone. there is no discharge and it doesn't itch, although because I am aware of it I feel really uncomfortable about it. I would like some kind of reassurance that it isn't an STD and that it is most likely a yeast infection as I have been led to believe on the internet. I'm going out my mind with worry so your help would be really appreciated.
