Hello there,
There are various reasons why you must have had this fainting episode.
Your BP was low,
It could be some heart condition like abnormal rhythm or sudden blockage of some artery.
It could be low sugar which made you drink the juice and so when they checked your sugars came normal but maybe before the juice it was low.
To find the cause we need a proper evaluation of the brain, heart, kidney functions, liver functions, CBC and proper clinical examination.
I am sure in the hospital they must have done all the required tests and based on that given you the medicine for giddiness.
You can discuss with your treating physician about the tests that were conducted at the hospital that day and I am sure they will tell you the reason why you had the episode.
Sometimes its just a nerve reaction to some sudden emotional or physical change (vaso vagal).
So do not worry.
Hope this helps.
Take care.
