I am taking thyronorm 12.5 mcg since 2 weeks. however i feel very week and giddy when i go out of my house. Also every morning I cant do my house hold work as i feel like vomiting and suffocation. when will i get well as i am very frustrated by my condition as i dont feel fit at all.
Hi dear user I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You have symptoms of hypothyroidism. My advive is to consult an endocrinologist because you need to do the thyroid tests(free T3 and free T4) and a thyroid ultrasound to see the thyroid structure and to undertand if you have goitre that can explain the suffocation. After the results you can discus with your doctor about the necessary dose adjustment of thyronorm.
I'm sure that you will feel better very soon after the right dose adjustment and your symptoms will disappear so you will not be frustrated any more.
Hope i have answered to your questions. If you have other doubts ,than feel free to ask me. Wish you good health.
