What Causes Gastritis And Loss Of Appetite In A Diabetic Person?
I am 60 years old was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetis 5 mos ago. I have been suffering from digestive issues for the last 4 weeks. Syptoms are: Extreme gas and rumbling stomach no matter what I eat or drink. I am having trouble moving my bowels and have now lost my appetite. My skin on my stomach is highly sensitive and almost sore. I am in either pain or discomfort all of the time. I was prescribed an antacid which is not working and can not get in to see my primary care again until late Oct. Gastro doctors are booked till Dec.

I really appreciate your concern, this are the typical symptoms and sign of hyperacidity, if I would be treating physician of this case then I would treat this case with "Tab omeprazole 40 mg Domperidone 30 mg" once in day for five weeks and this is nothing to worry, stay away from the stress, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
