What Causes Gas Trouble After Meal?

i am suffering from extreme gas problem after meal. i feel uncomfort upto 2to3 hours after lunch or after dinner. i suffer from burp continuously after meal. please give me proper solution for the same. please note that sometimes i take unienzyme tablet for relief.

Resepcted user, hi it is decreased gastric emptying time or other motility
related issues with underlying gastritis component .
* Follow certain basic rules in life for better wellbeing :
- take plenty of liquids
- avoid all oily / spicy / nonveg stuffs / beverages
- have balanced diet
- take small amounts of food at intervals
- fix timings of breakfast , lunch , dinner till possible
- chew food thoroughly
- avoid sleeping for 2 hours atleast after lunch / dinner
- avoid stress / anxiety
- remain ambulatory - regular walking , exercises , YOGA must daily
- have regular sleep ( sound ) 8 hours
- avoid smoking / alcohol / any abuse substances if any
- keep head end of the bed elevated by 30 degrees while sleeping to
prevent regurgitation of stomach acid
- in our clinic we suggest certain evaluations in terms of Ultrasound or
upper GI Endoscopy according to the need : prescribe combination of
Proton pump inhibitor with anti-emetic to be taken 1 hour before meals
& regular follow up .
