What Causes Gas And Bloated Stomach?

I am feeling extremely gasy and bloated. I have been having a lot of gas and burping often. I have been going for 2 -3 bowel movements a day and they range from soft to hard. I am always having the feeling of having to go to the bathroom in my rectum. I am starting to get a little worried.
