What Causes Gaining Of Weight?

hello doctor,
i m in hostel n so i hv to miss my breakfast in morning n in day i just eat in canteen sometimes .. i just eat once in day at night .. that too dal n dalia mostly ... still i m gaining a lot weight ... i don understand why .. please help me n give some suggestion to get rid of it

Hi Dear,
You have actually low metabolism because of your lifestyle. You need to have breakfast in morning.If you are in hostel it isn't mean that you can't have breakfast daily. You need to buy fruits, milk shaker (skimmed milk shake or choclate or strawberry shake),wheat flakes, and nuts ..It now you can have breakfast properly and daily . If you want something ,you need to do some efforts. And have light meals in dinner before 2-3 hrs before bed time.and have 4-5 frequent meals per day. And if you study till late mid night you must only fruits as snacks... Not to take typical snacks in night while studying . Try these what I said you will be able to reduce some weight and if you have time then indulge yourself in exercise or brisk walk for 30 minutes per day.
