What Causes Funny Noise Behind Ear And Pain In Neck?
I m 15 weeks pregnant with second child, have had a headache for three days last night I past out hit my head on a flower pit hard enough to break the flower pot, got a knot on my head that has gone down in swelling but now my neck hurts every time I move my head I also can hear a funny noise behind my ear sounds like a little stream of water running.
Hi, the jerk and trauma because of hit can give a pull to the neck muscles and that can give neck pain on movement or otherwise. Please apply a pain gel on neck and take rest. Taking a pain killer tablet should only be done after taking opinion of a gynaecologist on the safety of use in pregnancy. The noise in ear can also be because of trauma to the hear which can result in a concussion like effect on the brain as well as inner ear. Both these can cause tinnitus. Most of the time it should be self limiting. Please see an ENT for the assessment of damage and need for any treatment. Pregnancy will restrict the choices of medication and therefore you should not take anything yourself. Reegards
