What Causes Frequent Vomiting, Lack Of Sleep And Stomach Pain During Pregnancy?

I m 6 weeks pregnant with my first baby and unable to keep anything down. The last 24hrs have been a struggle, anything and everything I eat or try to eat automatically comes back up. I can t move because I have no energy, can t sleep because my belly hurts. Should I go to my closet ER? Or is this normal?
