I have a problem with utinating frequently. I don t actually drink that much water or juice or anything, and I do not drink alcohol. Recently there was a big event coming up and the day before I didn t drink anything, so that I wouldn t pee that much the next day. But the next day I was peeing a lot, even tho I felt and knew I was dehydrated. Last year I would drink only half a water bottle each day and I still peed tons. Help
