What Causes Frequent Urination?

What is wrong with me? I have to pee every 10 minutes and only a little pee comes out. There is no blood and no discharge but when I pee its quite painful! There is redness only slighly on the inside of my vaginal lips right before the entrance. I have no stds nore does my partner. This is the third day I have had it and its doesnt seem to get better or worse the only change from today and two days ago is that I have to go less often but its still fairly often

Thanks for query .
Based on the symptoms that you have I would state that you have UTI.

Get your routine urine test and urine culture done to find out the organisms causing this infection and antibiotics to which they are sensitive to.

Take broad spectrum antibiotics like Cefixime along with urinary antiseptic like Nitrofurantoin twice daily and urine alkalizer thrice daily .Later on switch on to appropriate antibiotics as per culture report.

Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.

Ensure to drink more water .To keep your urine dilute This will help to control dysuria.
