What Causes Frequent Urination?

hi, my name michael,age 63 male, i can not hold my pee, i go pee at night 3 to 6 times a night, as far as i know no past prostant prombles i am active, alot of stress, 6foot,200lbs, no money and i am getting worried about my health. i would like to begin some sort of treatment to have a health prostant thank you

Since you urinate so frequently , you would need to consider assessment if this is at all possible.

An urinary tract infection may need to be ruled out by urine analysis. If there is no infection then prostate enlargement would need to be ruled out by physical examination and blood test.

There is no specific non medical treatment to try and help the prostate if it is enlarged unfortunately
