What Causes Frequent Urination Post Treatment For Urine Infection?
I have recently had frequent urination, no pain, discharge or burning sensation but went for a urine test which showed 6-8 pus cells. the doctor prescribed a general antibiotic for urine infections with which it improved but not 100 percent. I then went to an std clinic just to check. They took a swab and urine sample which both came back as negative for anything. A pus cell count of 2-3. which they said was normal. What could be the cause of this frequent urination?

Get an ultrasound conducted for your lower abdomen and pelvis to check on your prostate, and an ultrasound KUB.
Also get a urine culture and sensitivity examination conducted to be able to prescribe a more effective antibiotic.
