What Causes Frequent Urination, Pain And Bleeding?

Yesterday while i was eating i had to go to the bathroom and i went to go pee and at the very end it hurt like someone was pinching me and and i wiped and there was blood on the toilet paper. I also have to keep going to the bathroom every 15 to 20 minutes. and i feel like im sick and weak all over. I had also had sex two hours before but we've only had sex with each other our whole lives and neither of us have any sexually transmitted disease. And i keep reading up on whats wrong with me and its scaring me because i cant afford the doctor right now and i dont want it to be deadly. But i need to know the truth but i have to go to the doctor for it. Plz Tell me what the possibilities are. Thats all i need to know.

Hi. Dont worry, it seems you could be having a small stone or calculus in your urinary tract which could be leading to infection also. The symptoms are typical. You can start taking Tab Tamsulosin 0.4mg at night daily and an anti-inflammatory drug like Ibuprofen or Paracetamol for your pain. You should get a Ultrasound of the KUB(Urinary tract) done to know if there is a calculus and where it is located and its size. Also get a Urine culture done to know whether there is any infection. Let me know the reports to further guide you with your treatment by using our 'Fix an Appointment' tool. Also, consume 5-6 liters of water daily and keep a check whether you are having fever or not. Let us know if there is. Take care.
