What Causes Frequent Urination, Nausea And Dizziness?
Good Evening, I ve not been feeling very well for weeks. First symtoms were urinating many times through the night. Nauseausness dizziness,tingling in my hands. Last few days almost passing out. I was waiting for my prescription of Cipro and my BP was 98/58 I just played 2 ball games and my BP was 112/53 and today I almost passed out and close to being sick. I m concerned only because I don t feel my self and have many things going on that is not normal??? I know when I ve done that BP test before many times it was normal. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

The main reason of pass out is in my opinion low blood pressure ( 98/ 58 mm of Hg) . So please also mention about HEART RATE , that is very important in this case.
Nauseousness ,dizziness ,tingling sensation may be due to .
1 Hypotension as I mentioned above .Diagnosis is clear but get in E K G and ECHOCARDIOGRAM to rule out any heart disorder.
2 Hypoglycemia is another one such cause , so get in blood sugar level examination .
3 Hyperglycemia is another such cause , particularly you are also having frequent urination . Get in blood for sugar level .
As there are so many causes of passing out but deal as mentioned above. Anemia , congestive heart failure are such reason.
So in my opinion consult a physician and get his opinion as physical examination is important.
