What Causes Frequent Urination And Urge Incontinence?

I have this urge for frequent urination and have gone for blood sugar tests several times and the levels are normal before and after meal. I have also gone for urine tests and nothing was found, but the doctor prescribed cifran and I have been taking it but I noticed after taking the cifran the urge to urinate will increase and increase, any time I stopped the medication the symptoms will disappear few days after it will reappear. I am just confused.

Hello..
Welcome to healthcare magic.

You have problem of frequent urination that may be because of prostate problem like hyperplasia of prostate or stone problem or over active bladder.

More alcohol or caffein also cause frequent urination
Injury or irritation to bladder lead to this problem.

Consult a urologist for diagnosis.
Ultrasonograph is helpful for further diagnosis.

Thank you.
Dr RACHANA.
