What Causes Frequent Urination And Pulsing Sensation After Bladder Surgery?

I had bladder surgery in 2012 and in the last week I find I have to urinate more frequently with a slow stream and before the bladder is totally emptied I get a pulsing sensation as if the clitoris is being stimulated. I am wondering if the device that was inserted to hold up my bladder may have come loose and has fallen creating this sensation. I don t feel pain, but my control of the bladder is back to where I m thinking I may need to wear protection to avoid embarrassment.
