Hello I am 22 young mother I ve been having the urge to pee more and my urine has had a very strong odor. I have had blood in my pee about a month now it has burned some to pee and sometimes I can not pee. When I go to the doctor what should I be concerned that this could be!

I would strongly suggest you to visit your physician for his consultation .
You may be required some routine investigation like blood test, urine test. Based on finding final diagnosis may be decided and on the basis of finding treatment can be initiated.
If not treated timely it may lead to some serious damage.
