What Causes Frequent Urge For Bowel Movement?

i have been going 2 the loo quite often for the last 6 month most of the time i never get 2 finish mt meal and some times i go off my food beacause i get sick of going 2 the loo if i break wind i dirty my self if im going toilet i just break wind i am fed up with it have 2 wear pads all the time i amm 64 years old thank u maria herbert
