What Causes Frequent Stomach Pain In Children?
my son who is about to be 5 years often complaints of stomach pain he is in day boarding and get meals in school. sometimes he also suffers from mouth ulcers when he don't take sufficient diet or water .suggest whether cyclopam suspension is advisable i he has worms in stomach and he is suffering from stomach pain

It seems that he might be having worm infestation or some GI tract infection.
Go for stool test for ova, cyst or pus cells.
After report go for specific medicine course after consulting your doctor.
Give him light diet.
Ok and take care.
