What Causes Frequent Nosebleeds And Headache?

My six year old son have been having nosebleeds. Just out of the blue his nose will bleed with nothing seeming to have caused it. Every now and then he complains that his head hurts. Someone told me the nose bleeds could be from the inside of his nose being to dry. Should I be concerned that it could be something more serious?

Hi.
Till now you have not shown him to an ENT Surgeon itself suggests that you are under a misconception. The children have no dry noses.
The most probable cause of nose-bleed in children is nose pricking habit or the front past of the septum is congested.
A good ENT Examination helps you to get a proper diagnosis.
IF the endoscopy is normal, I would recommend you to have MRI / T scan of the nose and sinuses to rule out a condition of a mass or so.
Proper diagnosis will give us a plan for a proper treatment.
