What Causes Frequent Migraine Attacks?

I have frequent migraines.. but never had nose bleeds until recently. Tonight was my worse nose bleeds yet. There were even clots in it this time. About 5 years ago I was thrown twice and I hit the back of my head very hard. I should have been knocked out but my adrenaline was pumping. I was trying to help someone else who was getting jumped by 3 guys. Anyways, I have been having trouble with my memory recently, too. I never went to the doctor.

Hi
Thanks for posting on HCM
Migraine is a primary headache and identifying the cause may be difficult but you may however identify some triggers unlike secondary headache with well identified causes.Treatment options are either preventive or curative during crisis with the different lines of pain medications depending on pain intensity and frequency. Steroids can as well be associated when too intense.
Nose bleeding on the other hand may not be linked to migraine can be triggered by any nasal irritant or even environmental conditions given the location of nasal blood vessels close to the nasal mucosa.it may however be caused by trauma, infections, Hige blood pressure, environmental conditions or genetic factors. It will be wise you see your Doctor to investigate cause.control of bleeding with adrenaline, vitamin k and exacyl always produces good results.
You will however need to see Doctor for investigation.
Hope my answer will help you
Best regards
