What Causes Frequent Heart Palpitations, Lower Back Pain, Lightheadedness And Constipation?

Hi I ve been experiencing frequent palpitations since July of this year. Mainly when sitting, standing, and resently when lying down. I occasionally have lower back pain, can t sleep more then 5 hours without waking up, constipation, sometimes lightheadedness, have dry skin, muscle twitching somethimes which just presently started a couple of months ago. Ecg normal, thyroid normal. Had holter monitor done results not back yet. Was currently taking otc loratadine 10mg stopped 3 days ago after reading about symptoms it can cause, but still having same problems. In past been diagnosed with anxiety and panic attacks. Don t feel anxious about anything other then what s going on.

it seems like your sympathetic drive is causing all the symptoms you are describing. you need to reevaluate your anxiety and panic disorder problem. visit a psychiatrist.
