Hello
it seems from the history that you are having frequent attacks of headaches and dizziness.
The causes include increased blood pressure or hypertension and transient ischemic attacks.
This requires evaluation by a physician to rule out hypertension by measurement of the blood pressure and to rule out atherosclerosis affecting the carotid arteries causing transient ischemic attacks.

Hence I advice you to consult your physician for further evaluation and management.

Thank you
