What Causes Frequent Dizziness, Headaches And Chest Tightness?
I have been getting these dizzy spells at random times where i must stop any activity and wait it out or i will faint. My age is 52 and my bp is 178/115 headaches, pain in nexk where i must raise my head and massage area in back tested for inner ear disfubctiin it was normal. Pain anf tightness in chest and left arm

Understanding your concern .As per your query you have frequent dizziness, headaches and chest tightness , which is also known as vertigo . There can be many reasons for dizziness like benign paroxysmal positional vertigo , migraines , labyrinthitis or vestibular neuronitis . The symptoms you mention in query can also occur due to cardiac problem like heart attack , so consult cardiologist without any delay . I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper diagnosis . Doctor will take history about hearing loss, tinnitus, nausea, vomiting or a feeling of fullness in the ear and order certain test like Dix-Hallpike test , head impulse test and CT scan . Treatment will depend upon the diagnosis . Doctor may prescribe antihistamines sold as motion sickness pills , physical therapy or sometimes recommend surgery . For now avoid bending forward and take proper rest .
