What Causes Frequent Cold In Child?

My so is 3yrs 10 months. he got frequent cold. doctor prescribed him Laktrum powder. I have doubt if it should be taken only 3 months or can be continued for a year or two...Any harm in continuing ? the powder is very good and so I wish to continue.plz help..

laktrum contains colostrum found normally in breast milk at the time of delivery. its a good immuno booster. u can continue it further no harm at all
