Hello
I have gone through your question and understand your concern. The symptoms are suggestive of tropical sprue which is common in tropical countries like India. Chronic diarrhea can lead to malabsorption of various nutrients leading to deficiency. Fatty food and heavy meals worsen the symptoms.
Consider seeing a gastroenterologist to get examined and get tested that includes endoscopy to confirm the diagnoses. Expected treatment is diet modifications, nutritional supplements and drugs to control the symptoms.
Thank you.
