Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You have frequent urination, back pain and swollen feet.

Your symptoms are suggestive of urinary tract infection with some kidney dysfunction.

You should go for urine routine and microscopic examination as well as culture and sensitivity test. You should also go for blood urea, serum creatinine, total protein level as well as ultrasound abdomen.

This will give you exact idea about your urine infection and kidney functions.

Then you should take treatment accordingly.

Consult your doctor and discuss with him regarding this.

Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
