At 4 weeks pregnant, I have been ill and have been in bed. I was absolutely freezing as our heating has broken so I put my dressing gown on in bed. I fell asleep and when I woke up, I was boiling. I took my temp (although I used the child ear bit instead of the adults) and it was about 39.3. I tried a few more times and kept making a mess of it and then realised I had the wrong end on. After I sorted it out it was 36.7 but my dressing gown was off by then and I had cooled down. Now I am really worried as I remember reading somewhere the last time I was pregnant that this was why you couldn t have baths. Have I hurt my baby.
