What Causes Foul Vaginal Odor?

About last year October I've done home abortion with pills then i went to the hospital to get my womb cleaned because i was experiencing odour coming out of my vagina

But bcoz now I'm ready to have another baby I've been trying to get pregnant again but nothing is happening
Is the anything wrong with me?

Hi I think you should consult a gynecologist for complete examination. You can be having some vaginal infection. You may need some antibiotic and antifungal drugs orally as well as vaginal to treat that. Hope it helps.
